Our plums grow just 30 minutes by tractor from the distillery. There is only one right time for this yellow-orange stone fruit. That is why they are under close scrutiny. Fully ripe and sweet, they are brought to the distillery “on point” and processed immediately by us. In this process, every minute counts and every movement has to be perfect.

Sensory qualities: Delicate, pristine fruit aroma, clear and characteristic fragrances, compact and elegant.
